Part of a larger resort community masterplan, the Salalah Boutique Hotel is positioned at the highest point of the site overlooking stunning views of the main development, the 300 ft cliff by the sea and the headland in the distance silhouetted against breathtaking sunsets. The Dhofar region in Oman is unique because it is the only region in the Middle East which benefits from a rainy season, the Khareef, which transforms the landscape with dramatic swirling mists rising from the sea and grass covered hills. The project has been designed to sensitively fit into and capture views of this unique and fascinating landscape.
The boutique hotel comprises 85 keys in total in a mix of standard, deluxe and spa suites and 5 spa villas. It also includes a destination spa and 3 food and beverage outlets.
